First meeting this Sunday, August 25, 2013
@ 2pm
Location Kroger at 78 and Rosebud. Room in the back by the restrooms

Leader June Reid
You will be introduced to your assistant leader(s) at the meeting

As your leader I do want to say that this is a great group of girls who I am blessed to work with. You guys have made a difference in so many peoples lives by some of the things you have done. The backyard project at Meador's house, food drive, military packages, cookies for the children's hospital, cookies for Sandy hook, the gazabo you built last year.

Parents you will need to complete several forms at the first meeting
  • Medical
  • Photo (as you know I post photos on the blog from our activities) So we do a one time photo form
  • Troop register (addresses and such)

If you have not registered for scouts yet please do so (go to Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta)
The fee is 15 dollars a year

Things to bring to the first meeting:
  1. Girl Scout book if you have it
  2. Wear your uniform (vest with tan pants and white shirt
  3. 1 dollar dues
  4. 8 dollars for Atlanta Braves game on Sept. 15th (so I can order the tickets) and how many tickets you need. If your family is going you can buy more. I will also need a list of how many will be carpooling so we can make arrangements
  5. 5 dollars for the Service unit fee
  6. I will provide a snack and drink for the first meeting (girls will sign up for future meetings)
If you need to pay the 8 dollars by debit or credit card we can do this. I do ask that you also pay the CC fee. So the total for 8 doallars would be 8.50 cents. I will have our troop Square at the meetings for these purposes. You can pay all Troop 4550 moneys by CC or Debit if you pay the fee that comes with it. 5 dollar service fee is 5.20.

Just let me know and we can get you set up .
