Troop 4550 Awarded "Troop of the Year" for Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta's Snellville Service Unit

Fantastic honor. Girls you rock. I am so proud of all of you.

Great Mother/Daddy  Daughter Ornament Day today. The girls made some awesome ornaments.
Glass ornament with a photo of them inside or a snowman if they did not have a photo. A reindeer, beautiful bead ornament, and a scented Christmas tree, which can be hung on the tree or used as an air fresh ornament in the car.

 

 

 

Also, Mrs. Casandra Odum received an award for cookie mom with her daughter's last troop. We are so excited that they are both in our troop now. Mrs. Odum is taking on the cookie Booths this year. Thank you for that.

 

Wish to thank Mrs. Duff for the latkes, we may have to have you do that every year... and Marin for explaining the tradition for the Festival of Lights.

 

Thank you Ms. Joyce for your fantastic creative abilities in our ornament day today.

 

Thank you to all the parents that attended and brought food, cups, plates, etc.

 

Finally, thank you to all the scouts who donated to our Angel Tree this year. This will make a little girl very happy.

 

This troop would not be what it is if not for all the girls and parents who make a difference

I am very grateful and blessed to be a part of such a great group of girls and watching them group up if an honor

Sunday momma daughter ornament day. Time change 1-3 pm

5 dollars for ornament day

Also Sunday is the last day for our angle tree child.

Time 230 is the start of the ceremony
Girl Scouts need to be in full uniform (white shirt, vest, tan or blue pants or shorts)

The girls should have sent you an invite. Parents, Grandparents, and friends are all invited.

Where Destination Park (same place as last year)
4500 Tuck Rd, Loganville, GA 30052


Parents will need to bring their own folding chair to sit in.

Kaitlyn cooler, ice, bag or two of candy corn(with a bowl)

If anyone can think of anything we missed please let me know. Also, if you are not able to make it let me know so I can put your awards away till the next time we see you.
